Carroll W. “Bill” Hayes, AWMA®, CFP® Mr. Hayes started his financial career at Merrill Lynch in Boston, Massachusetts. In 1992, Mr. Hayes left Merrill Lynch for Fidelity Investments. During his career at Fidelity Investments he held roles in various divisions of Fidelity. Those roles included positions in the Trust, 401(k), Brokerage, and Money Management divisions. He left Fidelity Investments in 1998 to work for the independent money management firm Fisher Investments out of Woodside, California. In 2001, he returned to Fidelity Investments in a managerial role and later led a Private Access team. In the Private Access role his responsibilities included managing a book of business in excess of $3 Billion and a client base that was international in scope. Mr. Hayes holds an MBA from the Sawyer School of Business and holds the designations, ACCREDITED WEALTH MANAGEMENT ADVISOR, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER. Mr. Hayes lives in Needham, Massachusetts with his wife and son.

Mark Charles Hayes is an attorney and principal at Carter, Fullerton, & Hayes where he has been employed for the past 15 years. Mr. Hayes received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his JD from Fordham University. He later attended Georgetown University where he received his LLM. Mark has been practicing law since 1986 and is licensed in various states throughout the U.S. Mark is licensed to practice on the federal courts level and has been involved in various estate, and tax cases throughout his career. Mark lives with his wife and two sons in Falls Church, Virginia and is a member of the University of Virginia alumni association.

Dr. Thomas O’Hara, is a Professor of Finance at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. O’Hara received his undergraduate degree from Saint Lawrence University with a major in chemistry and a minor in mathematics. Dr. O’Hara continued his education by acquiring his Masters degree in Business Administration from Clark University. His master’s thesis was the development of a stock price projection model. Dr. O’Hara also holds a Ph.D. in Economics with special fields in finance, investments, and monetary theory from Clark University. Dr. O’Hara’s doctorate dissertation was titled, The Effects of Wealth on the Labor Supply Function. Dr. O’Hara has been developing and presenting his research papers in portfolio management at various academic meetings, nationally and internationally, since 1980. He has several publications in academic journals relative to portfolio management. He has been providing money management for individuals, non-profit organizations and corporate entities since 1978.
